My guess is it's from the UK. Althought there are quite a few states that allow street legal atv's. Mostly in the west, WY,AZ,etc.

 

can u make a quad street legal in New York

 

I don't know about NY, but in the states that you are allowed to make a quad street legal, you don't have to do much... street tires, liscense plate, blinkers, headlights, windsheild, proper gear, and maybe a few more things im leaving out.

 

that quad is in germany, i seen it on a german site anyways, wow imagine riding in traffic on a rappy down the streets, speed ramps have no effect whatsoever, ive hit speed bumps a top speed on a rappy, although you do get some air time, not very high though

 

now that is sweet. i dont know how u go on with speed bumps? do you?

 

In AZ, (at least northern AZ, not sure about phoenix, tucson ect) It is very simple to make a quad street legal.

Horn, blinkers, brake light, maybe a plate light, but I dont think so.
Stock tires are fine, and a wal-mart kiddy bicycle squeeze horn is acceptable. (no joke)

 

the speed bumps where i live are great for riding over, you really can hit them at speed, i have to stop it though, i dont want my quad taking off me, ill see if i can post a vid in my next reply
