That sucks, man. But, I suppose losing that 1 1/2 inches is going to work out in the long run. The stock swingarm/chain skid is crap. I bent mine up into the brake rotor this weekend. Looks like its time for me to upgrade.

ive got an ac baja on my 04 raptor 660, that thing was installed during the brake in period of my bike, mine sits extremeley close to the chain, i don't like the clearance specs on mine, i wished it sat a little further away , mine has even rubbed on the plastic insert next to the chain a time or two and has rubbed a small gruve in it.
the abuse i have put it through is crazy, it's still holding up and i have hit some huge rocks with it at different speeds, rocks logs, ac makes a good skid plate in my book, yours could be a little closer to the sprocket though, it seems they went from on extreme to the other

04 raptor few mods

I unfortunatley have already obligated them to someone else! Sorry bud

Veloci. Yeah It's .190 and I paid 85 for it. Took it out today and grounded it a few times! it took a couple of good hits and no bending! But we'll see!
