I have a Blaster and I am planning on buying a new air filter because my stock air filter deteriated after spraying filter spray on it. I am looking for the filter that produces the best engine performance, reusable, sprayable, and don't deteriate. I am also thinking about drilling holes in my air box and putting air filter vents in the one inch holes. How will that effect my performance.

Thanks,

Anthony

You can't beat a K&N for increased airflow and ease of cleaning. Make sure to run a outerwear though. I DO NOT recommend drilling holes in your lid. It only exposes the filter to more dirt and the performance increase is so little you won't even notice it.

I use pro flow filter from pro design.
It's a great filter i run it with out lid but you have to clean it every time I mean really clean it, i like this kit becouse it comes with every thing the adapter plate plus filter and outwear (foam). i ride in the desert so lots of dust i just clean the foam outwear ounce a week and the whole thing every two weeks. to be on the safe side keep the lid on and rejet the carb to feel the defrance. K&N is a great filter with the outwear but for the blaster you need an adapter plate for the filter like the pro design plate.

I have a Banshee 2000
FMF fatty + trubine 2 silencer
prodesign coolhead 22cc dome
13 toth sprocket front ( for the padle tyres )
pro design filter
