Default finally got to really ride the 700

I just took it out today and road for 5 hours in an old orange grove. a friend took his lil bull dozer or whatevre and made a track.. i am wore the hell out. I also road a polaris 550 or whatever its called.. it has NOTHING on the 700. I have a power programer and a pipe, tuned by me.. he had a pipe and jet kit.. that thing felt a loot slower, bad power band. I really wasnt impressed with it. i have a lot more respect for the 700fi now. It hauls *** when tuned right. I dont think a 450 could keep up with it now. Stock id say id probably lose, but those two mods made a hugeee diff. Sooo my point. Overall im fully pleased with the 700. Suspension could be better but i was still getting jumps in and catching that 550 on the track.

Oh yea, well glad you like you new rappy. They are a pretty nice looking ride, the onlything i did not like about them were the front shocks.... the main thing was the mounts where the bolts go through on the shocks....they reminded me of my warrior shocks and how easy they broke at the mounts. Other than the FRONT shock issue they are one nice looking ride, i bet she halls. You have a chance to top her out anywhere? all the riding i do is for top speed pretty much so im interested in top speed of all the new machines.

nope, ive been on pretty small trails. today was the first time i took it to a track or anything. I wasnt to pleased about the front shocks either, but after riding that predator 500 i realised they werent so bad. Honestly i didtn feel much of any difference cornering or bumps.. It felt a bit stiffer but absorbed better, but it was a slight diff.

i actually got a powercommander brand fuel managment system. same as my r1. on the upper rpms i went as much as 27 (whatever that stands for) From the factory it was extremly lean uptop. Before, it would start to lose power above 4-5k you could feel it just level out and slowly raise in rpm. Now it pulls harddd all the way to the limiter at 9k below 4k i only raised it 6-10

and started tuning made a whole different animal out of it
