I can get a Yoshi Comp full exhaust for 360.

Rossier Engineering full system for a clearnce price of 260.

Which is a better pipe in terms of power output and where (low/mid/high) range does each pipe do best in?

Also is the rossier pipe come with some sort of quieting core?

Isn't Rossier just a slip on? If not, I'd get it over the Yoshi.

 

I dont know about the Rossier Engineering exhaust it is a nice looking set up and a good price. The Yosh is a great exhaust not to loud still affordable and provides power through out. Have you been to Rossier Engineering site. I would check them out a little more but you cant go wrong with the Yosh.

 

I had a very reputable engine builder tell me the Rossier pipes are the one to have for the Z400's, for what it's worth.

I did check out their site. I also called them today and they said the yoshi quieting core willl work in their pipe. Now I am considering cause I can get an Rossier for 260 off ebay, and pick it up at their shop or 182 if I win another one. It just is it worth it over a Yoshi. The CT/Power Pros is too expensive.
