You can use just about anykind out there.I used Cyrus (Pro bend) and they are awsome and also the most exspensive around a hundred bucks. One thing I also have renthal bars and im not sure if they will go on the stock bars.I will post some pics as soon as I get back from Florida on my Vacation. You can order them from anyone who orders from Parts Unlimited which is just about every dealer out there.Good luck. Tim

Hey 250rdude aren't those Graydon Nerf Bars the bomb. Yes you need to drill and it takes a while it is well worth it. They are indestuctable with a great upwards bend and shape. I got the yellow webbing on my black/white Raptor. I have owned DG and AC nerf bars and they are junk compared to Graydons. Thats why they cost $179.99. The 40 extra dollars is definitly worth it. The GYTR Skids are awesome. The 2+2 Eliminator Axle makes cornering at fast speeds an ease. Where did you get your Raptor xing sign?

Mods to Date:
Renthal bars and grips
12 tooth sprocket
GYTR Skids
Graydon Nerf Bars
White Bros. E-series pipe
PRM bumper and grabbar
Galindo yellow bars ends
Painted hubs yellow
Dura Blue Eliminator Axle 2+2
Yellow Shockwears
Moose Cluth and Perch with Lonestar back off plate

Mods to Come:
K&N Filter
Shredder 20"11"9" with T9 Black Anodized Rims
Chrome header pipe
Timmyboy design Stearing Stem
Modified Aluminum Airbox
DG Aluminum oiltank
Some Billit parts
Aftermarket Axis Triple Rate Shocks

I love the Graydon nerf bars!!!!!They were a bitch to put on but well worth the effort.I had the dg nerfs on my 250r and these are 100% better then the DG.Hey you will love the Yamaha graffix kit and seat cover because its got plenty of yellow in for your machine.Did you notice a big differnce with the e sereis pipe on??Im waiting for the Yamaha carbon fiber pipe for mine.It looks awsome.Look for some new pics from me in about a week when I get back from Florida on VaCA.You will see how awsome the graffix kit looks.Im really impressed of the # of aftermarket stuff coming out for this machine unlike the DS650 that I had.I guess the manufactures new that the Ds wasnt going to be such a hot seller afterall.Follow this link to get yourself a Raptor crossing sign. http://forums.atvconnection.com/thre...B=1&Tid=155500

I put the UFO (Explorer) Handguards on mine. And actually I have the same ones on my Green Wolverine. If that tells you anything. I like them alot. But its all a matter of personal preference! Shop around and good luck finding the ones you want/need! Im not sure if you want metal or what but the UFO ones are plastic? Hope I helped at least some!
