i bought a CRJ or whatever for my raptor and it lowered it maybe an inch does anyone have better success out of a different brand?

Well, spend the same amount of money and get some used shorter shocks. Buy some shorter marvins, or some zps works/tcs/elka/pep/etc fronts. Or go with some struts, all depends on what you plan on doing with the bike. But judging from your build I'm not guessing MX.

The durablue kit drops the front end more than 1 inch also.

 

Can you use the front lowering kits with aftermarket A-Arms? I already have Elka's which lowered it some, but I could use a little more.......
