YFZ 450 vs. banshee

Default YFZ 450 vs. banshee

hi,
i'm looking to get a race quad this coming february for my birthday. i want something fast that'll be able to jump, climb hills and haull @$$. I'm looking at either a 'shee or a YFZ. which one is faster stock and with a set of pipes. Any advice would help. thanx

Those two bikes develope power very differently. They are created for different purposes.

You said the word "jump" . So, for the least amount of money a 450 will be fast and be able to jump more comfortably.

Stock for stock the YFZ is faster and a better track machine. Start modding them both and the Banshee starts to walk away in a drag race.

Unless you plan on doing a lot of drag racing, you would probably be better off on the yfz450.

I might be wrong but wasn't there a post EXACTLY like this on here maybe a day ago? "whosyodaddy" all i got to say is due a search. You'll find everything you need just try and sort through it because alot of it is B.S

lol. look, that's exactly why i put this post up cuz i know it ticks a select few of you guys off. I just wanted to see if anyone had the ***** to speak up and get mad. It almost worked, almost. o well, i had my fun i guess. i was jus' tryin to see what people would say if i put another post up like this. i don't know, my friends and i thought it was pretty funny.

Oh man, not another one. There is already one named this exact thing, that has thousands of replies!!!
Stock for stock the yfz is faster, modded up to a point the yfz, after that point though on the yfz, and its all over. The banshee can be made to be so much faster in a straight line over a yfz!
Everything else about the quad, the yfz is better. If your only dune riding then I would look at the banshee more seriously, but you get a lot more machine with the yfz IMO. I had the shee, and it was great, but I will never go back now that I have a yfz!
