Default Help Me Please

Aright guys f'd up my quad bad in an accident, rode in some snow for like 20 feet in 4x4 came to a stop take it out of 4x4 go about 15-20 feet i was going through a turn at about 20-25 mph i feel a huge jerk like something shot under my quad and either 4x4 threw it self in as i was riding or my front left wheel locked up(cant tell it just tightened bad on that side i was turning right) and i wound up flipping in a ditch cut up my ankle not to bad. I told yamaha the front left wheel locked up as it felt like it did and forced me into the ditch causing all the damage. racks bent, stretch marks, fuel petcock popped off, oil cooler snapped, bars bent back, cracked plastics, and the damage to me. Now this happened december 8th but i just got my pickup back so i can bring it there so im planning on doing it tomorow or something but here lies my problem they said it can be 4-8 weeks and i am real pissed about that as it was not my fault this stupid quad broke (although i love it) but i dont want to wait that long its not that big of a job that it should take that long, honestly i dont know what to do id like to get it back i only had it 7 months and already problems god knows what else can happen. by the way i have the YES service Plan so its still covered but iu dont know what to do as in the waiting process that long i pay alot of money for this thing and being 15 it isnt easy to keep paying but paying for a broken atv i just cant do it...pics of the damage...the 4x4 light was blinking after the acciodent which leads me to believe 4x4 threw itself in

Is it posible the left front area snagged a stump or other obsticle? Just going into 4x4 isnt gonna lock up a single wheel, and allow others to rotate.
service contracts....
Welcome to the real world, theres no free lunch. Warentee work comes behind paying customers. If someone walks in with cash and another person comes in with the warentee...the cash payer gets the attention. Its not first come first served, think about it, they already know youve paid, and they wont get anymore out of you, and its not like youll go somewhere else, youre gonna have to go along, or break out the check book. Or try politics on the service department.
When they run out of paying customers, yours will get worked on.

$500 dollar deductable is what the insurance makes you pay before they pay,,,,in other words, say you did $700 worth of damage,,,,you would pay $500 of it,they would pay $200

if the total damage is less than $500 then the insurance pays nothing

in order for them to "Total" the bike,,,,the costs of the repairs would have to be not worth it for them to bother,,,,in otherwords, they tell you what they feel your bike is worth, then they take the repair estimate, then they determine which is less expensive for them,,,,,fix it,,,,or repair it minus YOUR $500 bucks,,,,,the thing that sucks is they determine what the worth of your bike is

sounds like your lucky its just your bike thats all mangled,,,,,you will find out that most insurance companys are a bunch of crooks,,,the ones that are hassle free, are the ones that charge the highr=er premiums at first, and the longer your with the the better the rates go

the better insurance companys will generally let you slide atleast on claim without raising your rates,,,,ive been with Nationwide for 14 years (passenger vehicals)
