Air filter for a 400 Kodiak
#1
I was looking at a replacement air filter from stock for a 05 400 kodiak, I've found a twin air and Uni but wasn't sure that would work never really seen them except on the web. Stock just slips on which I thought was odd.
Part numbers would be nice or links.
Thanks,

Any aftermarket filter should flow better then the stock. I would go with the k/n with outerwears as you can see by my sig. Here is a link from a certian website that has 3 brands for you to look at. Or go to the local dealer and ask to look at one.

get the kit with the aluminum flange that you bolt to the air box,,,,and the the filter "clamps " onto the flange,,,and then the outerwares slips over thet
you also want to get the K&N care kit too
the kit is called the K&N Pro Flow Kit
http://www.gopartsdirect.com for 96 bucks,,,the cheapest i could find,,,,you may find a kit on ebay a little cheaper,,but dont know for sure
