my daughter wants to race her raptor 80 at the local track. does anyone race these bikes or have seen them against others in competition . i'm wondering if she has a fair chance against the 2strokes or not .its been piped ,jetted ,cdi box and clamp on filter.were going no matter what im just curious.

 

I will soon be in the same dilemma you are in. Just got my daughter one for Xmas.

There is a website dedicated to racing these little machines. Can't remember the name of it though. I spent some time a week or two ago looking around on it. It looked like there was a lot to offer for info on there.

I'm sure someone will chime in and reply with the name of the site to help out with your question.

I got my parts from raptor 80.com. i want to know if anyone has raced these or seen them raced.

 

My daughter raced against one last summer. I think the Raptor80 was stock and my daughters Predator90 has a K&N filter. On take-off the Pred took it pretty easy but when they hit the long straight the Raptor went right on by with ease.
