Default New Banshee Mods

Got some spare money and want to add some performance mods to my Banshee. Thinking of gettting the Noss Machine coolhead, V-force reeds and the dyna ingnition. Any of you other banshee owners running something similar and could you feel a ton of difference compared to just a piped Banshee. Interested to hear your imput.

Forget the dyna fs for $300 and get a ricky stator adjustable timing plate for $40. If you have a dremil just mod your stock timing plate for free. V force cages are $300, porting your stock cages with a dremil is free. The noss machine head is great, but it's $275 for the head and domes. You can have your stock head milled for more compression for $40. You can get roughly the same performance for $40 by modding/porting/machining your stock parts {do a search on bansheehq.com} than spending $875 on bling bling. For $875 you can buy the 2 +1 a-arms and elka dual rate shock kit from alba. Unless you are loaded with $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$, I'd look into modding what you have, and spend the big money on parts that make a big difference {ie ported cylinders, pipes, wider a-arms + axel, shocks}.

That all sounds good but I dont know how to do all those things. I live in phoenix, does anyone know of somewhere I could go to get this done or is there a website that can show me how to do this stuff, Ive got a dremel.. Would definitely like to use the money on new shocks considering the stock ones are beating the poo out of me at the dunes.

There are tutorials that you can download with pics and lengthy discriptions on how to mod your timing plate {it's very easy}, and how to port your reed cages {a little bit harder, but still easy}. You can get your head milled where you live by a local machine shop. I think .030 or .035 is how much metal is removed. Go to bansheehq.com and do a search.

I agree, I don't care for the dyna CDI either.
