Dynojet Kit settings for a Raptor 700?
#1
Does anyone know what would be the ideal setting for a dynojet power commander III usb on a raptor 700? Right now all that I have is the trinity intake system with the baffle out. Also, will I have to remap it if I change altitude? I know that it is supposed to, but it is also supposed to adjust for mods. LOL! My dealership doesn't have a dyno that runs quads so they can't figure it out either. Any advice would help. Thanks!

Sometimes I ride on government land and they do sound checks. If I put the baffle back in and lid on my airbox (if it is muddy) would I have to remap my settings? What would be the easiest way to get close to optimum performance? Should I detach the Power commander?

I tried the map that you posted on here, but it just didn't seem right. For one thing my quad was backfiring like crazy, but also it felt slower and had less torque. I tried messing with the buttons, but I don't know when to richen it up or lean it out. How do I know if it is too lean or too rich?

Anytime you change the modifications you have, you will have to remap the computer, or at least make adjustments to it.
Have you checked Dynojets website out? They have a ton of different maps free for downloading.

Down load and
Try this one
Let us know if it works better for you. Put a fresh plug in it warm it up take it for a wide open run thru the gears
pull in the clutch in 5th and kill it pull the plug and see if it's tan or lt brown don't pay any attention to the black on the bottom at the end of the threads thats from the cold idle fuel enrichment. If it's white it's lean if it's dark it's fat and it it's tan to lt brown your good to go.
