I mainly use my raptor for mx with some lite trail riding ever once in a while.I will soon be purchasing a arms and a rear axel as well as other have to have good'es as soon as they become avalable.I'm in need of good experinced advice in the manner of shocks ,my goals are to lower the raptor for good cornering ,and to try to make it as good on the track as my 310r was . I have found a few shock dealers, and am undecided on which to buy.Derisi racing has me a deal fo 850 to modify my rear and a new set of shocks for the front, all in zps fashion ,by way of there own brand of shocks . Legacy atv has a brand of shocks called rhino and offer the same deal only at $1050 .Tcs wants $1200 , I need info about these shocks from people who use them . i am familiar with tcs ,having rode a 400ex equiped with them.

Not sure about the shocks but I know that a set of razors for the back is a must! The razors let the quad handle and take highspeed turns alot better, so with a longer axle and razors the quad should corner great. Whats wrong with your stock suspension for MX?

I'm going with the TCS when I can scrape the money together. Probably in Spring. Hope that helps. Later

i could care less about razor tires. i have them on my 400ex and hate them i should have put ohtsu's back on it . i'll be using either holeshot mx or turf tamers on ultimate bead locks or hyper's bead locks . i was posting for info and previos experience with rhino or derisi racing shocks . if i ever sell this 400ex i'll have some green to spend on the raptor

Do the Renthal Banshee bars fit the Raptor clamps correctly? The stock bars are garbage.

Yeah, they fit perfect. There alittle bit lower than stock and much lighter and better looking. I paid $70.00 for them. Later
