whats the diff between 97 and yp shee's. i had a 96 ,now i got another one and the guy i bought it from said it was a 96-98 , he wasnt sure. i thought they were all the same put i was looking at parts and some of the elec. parts were 97 and up.
so how can i tell??

 

There are different wiring plugs for the cdi. Same cdi and wires, just different shaped connecting plugs. Early connectors are round, later connectors are square. Oh yeah, 2002 and up shee's have a brake light.
