Default HELP!!!

I just replaced a starter on a raptor, and i noticed the timing chain is right there next to the starter. Now I go to start it and it sounds and works great, but it wont fire. I spray some carb cleaner in there and it fires but doesnt run. I didnt touch the timing either, could it have somehow got adjusted?
