Consider the Innovate Motorsports sensors. http://www.innovatemotorsports.com/ . They work with 2 strokes.

One of the places I work with has them in all of thier testing. I've done a lot of research, and from what I have seen, heard and read, these are the most durable and most accurate. There are a couple of different ways you can go with that company. You can get a hard mounted unit, with a digital gauge that you would put somewhere on your quad and get real time reading when you ride. But, you might consider a portable unit, that way you can test, then you dont have to leave it hooked up to sniff your exhaust all the time. If you do hook it up permanently, the sensor will eventually need to be replaced. The Bosch sensors are around $75 each. With a 4 stroke, and leaded gas, you will get anywhere from 50 to 500 hours of life. But, if you just use it to tune, that will be a long time.
