raptor 700 tippy?

My dad has a 660 raptor with +2 a rms. and it still feels really tippy. Is the 700's as tippy as the 660's?

My 04 Raptor has +0 a-arms and doesn't fell "tippy" to me.

the 700 is not as tippy as the 660.
