hEY, my powerbomb is behaving quite oddly. I was expecting it to turn gold like the mid pipe on my hmf. but instead it stayd silver and only turned red/ purple up by the engine. Does this mean n e thing other than my engine is warm? Also it is not running good constantly, it will run amazing one day and not to great the next wht shoudl i do bout that? and when i shut it off there is a bit of a backfire, wht does that mean? THanx alot!

 

a backfire when you're shutting it off usually means a lean condition. What color is the spark plug?

I can speculate on the pipes changing colors, but i'm not sure. Usually pipes that turn red/purplish are titanium, so from that i'll assume that the powerbomb headers are titanium. The hmf's midpipe is stainless steel, so the colors won't match. (I didn't know that the powerbombs were titanium, so maybe i'm wrong on this)
