i am working on a yamaha 200E shaft 3 wheeler is what i can still make of the sticker on the side ofe the vehicle it had been started once in the last year until this last saturday then we pull started it and it ran fine i shut it off for a minute and it started just fine then when i went out this morning i could not get it to start this morning with the pull cord on it but it pull started with the four wheeler just fine that seems to be the only way we can get it to start what do i do to get it starting right again thanks for your help

 

Id try the simple and cheap first...try a new spark plug.
But Its probably got low compression,.... start by doing a compression check, and /or adjusting the valve clearance.
