My buddy took the baffle out of his stock 06 yfz and cant get the jetting right.What jets should he be running or does he even need to change them.Thanks for the help

 

Is the airbox lid on or off?

If the lid is off, he should go with
A 165-168 main
An 04-05 needle on the 5th-6th clip position
45 pilot jet
Fuel screw 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 turns out

If lid is still on,
165 main
04/05 needle on the 5th clip
165 main
Fuel screw 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 turns out
