But it normally works the front tires... not the rears.

nnoo... that is the front brake lever...

Didnt get really what I was saying. But oh well yes I now it is the front brake lever. He wanted to ADD another lever.. That works the rear tires as the frint brake lever does.... Hope that kinda cleared it up ...Sorry for the confusion.

Yeah i guess you would call it a hand break since they call emergency breaks in cars hand breaks and they stop the rear wheels.
