The spring broke on my one-way starter bearing. Has anyone had any luck with the o-ring fix, or would I just be wasting my time?

 

It's a bandaid, and a pretty temporary one at that. If at all possible get the aftermarket clutch and new oem gear and fix it right the first time.

 

think I posted it somewhere on here, but it only lasted about 5 or six starts for me and not much riding was done either, but it does work. IMHO just get the L&A design upgrade and save the headache if the wallet allows.
