kodiak valves
Best bet is to buy a service manual they are like $20 bucks and worth every penny. Has step by step instructions for anything you would want to do with all your torques, gaps, and any other kinda of measurements your quad needs.
and for people like me with decent mechanical abilities but not much atv work experiance it has lots of pictures

I just yanked this of a post from a week ago
Chances are you will be removing the fuel tank and maybe front plastic...then popping the recoil pull start cover off or whatever to find a timing mark to get top dead center...next you pop the caps off above the valves...you should be on the compression stroke.....stick the feeler guage between the top of the valve and bottom of the rocker arm and gap it in the specs for your bike using the nut to tighten or loosen the gap.... tighten the lock nut and put it back together....
PS..Get the service manual or have it done by a mechanic
