Piped banshee with aftermarket filter and no lid does very respectably against most bone stock machines.

A stock Banshee is about the same HP wise as a stock 450. Put pipes\filter no lid\rejet on all, and the Banshee will have the most HP.

Don't tell the yfz guys this, but the 450's aren't all that much faster than everything else in stock trim. And once you start modifying the other bikes like the big bore thumpers and the banshees, it's not all that difficult to leave them scratching their head and dumping sand out of their pants...

In my opinion, the 450's will not have alot of problems with a stock banshee.Once you put pipes,K&N filter(I got rid of the airbox),and get it jetted right,it will do well against them.A good set of tires is VERY important. You might not beat all of them but have fun trying.Keep in mind, just because they say it just has a pipe doesn't mean they haven't done alot more.

what the banshee will crush the 450, first of all the banshee is a 2 stroke, 2 strokes are faster than 4, and second it a twin 2 stroke, which menas, 2 cylidner, 2 heads, 2 carbs, piston, 2 strokers. it will crush him, i own a banshee and a blaster, and my banshee is stock and crusheh 450 stock, trust me

Hey lildezzl, im not calling you a liar but i highly doubt you have a banshe, because stock for stock i know a 450 does really well and untill you do something to a banshee there really not all that fast, but once you do the little things to them starts where they are getting there. Just because its a 2 stroke doesent mean there faster. Cause look at all the 2 strokes they have made, out of all of them there is really only one taht keeps up with everything else and its the 250r. I mean you have the quadzilla but thats 500cc... thats just alot of power and anything above 400cc is going to be pretty quick. Im not saying there junky because i really like them im just saying 2 strokes aernt always better although i like em better then 4
