Default the yfz

has anyone had problems with their yfz450 i have heard after about 10 hours the crank pops like popcorn and breaks both cases i was going to get a new yfz450 down from a ds 650 until i heard this rumor.
this may only be a rumor so if anyone knows any diff it woujld be appreciated

If it were really true the Yamaha YFZ would not be the best selling sport Quad

its a rumor, dude. everytime i see them run they run good and leave the competition sitting there. never seen one towed back to camp....them things are pretty frickin impressive. and thats coming from a 450R owner...i give credit where credit is due. for what it is and worth, the YFZ is the best 450 out there. until maybe when kawasakis 450 comes out: efi, alum. frame, e-start, reverse.....nice.

dude my friend ride the crap!!! out of his and that thing still runs smooth as ever.

Runs a 730 kit from OMW with web109's and a 48mm lectron. It has some serious torque!

this sounds like people always asking me if i had problems with my DS because they heard they had a lot of problems. It isnt true.
