but since ur boggin at low rpm's it means, your pilot jet is to rich. or your pilot air screw, lean up the pilot air screw NOT THE PILOT JET, turn the screw to the left to lean it up, and see how it runs.

Those mains are way to fat . You have stock pipes with a k&n , the reeds don't effect jetting that much (if any at all) . Banshees come with a 200 main from factory with STOCK pipes , so okay you added a filter so maybe jump up a size in the mains so now you should be at a 210 main. 300 mains are more for a piped banshee with a filter running at some altitude. But those 300 mains you got with a stock setup and a filter would work very well at say 4000 ft BELOW sea level , and you know that is not possible. Yes the main mainly effects WOT but the needle does not 100 % plug off the main jet when you are at slower rpm's or at little throttle pull.
