The only boots that really protect your feet and ankles are riding boots. Rocky, Wolverine, Carhartt, and other work or hunting boots will help, but don't protect like real mx boots. Tennis shoes offer the least protection, other then probaly dress shoes and flip flops.

its so crazy how it happened.. I have riddin boots, but that day I had a pair of airforce low.. I didn't expect anything to happened. Those black spots are blisters, they are the size of a donut.

damn....... that looks like crap. it could have been worse, thank god it wasnt. well at least you got a good summer/riding story now,and your able to laugh it off.get well soon ,have a happy and safe 4th!!!

Ive seen broken bones and stuff but nothing even close to that hope you get better and try spending some money into nerf bars because ive seen racers slip off the pegs and get their ankles get stuck under the rear tires also

So! did you have on ridding boots? by the way i saw i guy riding a 250r with flip flops and to boot the guy did a head on into a yfz450 dude got real lucky walked away . good luck on healing man hope you get better fast .
