Get a test light, and check for a pulse at the orange wire on the coil as you crank the engine. That's a good place to start narrowing down the problem.
The E2 is a slip-on, right? If so, it'll work great with the powerbomb header. Any silencer that works with the stock header will fit just as good with the powerbomb header. FMF has a tendency to do stupid things in the design process, but the powerbomb header is one thing they didn't screw up too bad.

Hey there I have the same problem with my warrior. I put new stator assembly, cdi box- the coil checks out good but i still get no spark. I get alot of juice coming out of the stator now and going into the cdi box but it ends there. Everything is new so if you find something let em know and untill then i will keep watching the forums.
