Default YFZ450 lowering kit question

Today I am going to look at a YFZ450. It's got tons of sweet mods, both for going fast andd looking good.

The only thing is that it has a lowering kit on both the front and back. The current owner used it for drag racing. I want to use it for trails and light MX (just playing on a practice track).

Is getting the heigh back to stock just a matter of switching the shocks back to the stock position or is it more involved? This is a sweet ride with lots of good mods and perfect except for the lowering kit.

Default YFZ450 lowering kit question

he may have bolted brackets to move the shock locations on the a arms out.. there's also prolly a bracket in the back to lower it....

and if i knew a quad was strictly used for drag racing. i prolyl wouldn't buy it... make sure the clutch isn't slipping

So it's just a matter of moving the shocks back to their stock positions then?

I'm not too worried about the clutch because it has a Rekluse.
