Is there a silencer on a stock yamaha warrior exhuast? Or how do you make it louder. Like a real 4-stroke.
Thanks

All stock quads have silencers. But you can buy an aftermarket slip-on to make it louder. Or to make it real loud, buy a whole system! A little more money though, later man,

The silencer is the last thing on the exhaust pipe. It is the bigger thing on the end. Yes, it can be removed, on some quads it is easy, some aren't so easy. Later,

Well on a stock warrior you can pull the end cap off of it and be ok.. You not going to gain anything by doing so..all it is going to do is make it loud...On a stock motor you need some back pressure for it to run right...But its your quad you do what you want with it..And i know what your going to say if you look in my pics..Yea im running drag pipes but im running very high compression.. so im doing it to gain HP...But good luck with your warrior..

Don't take the baffle/spark arrestor out, it sounds like a broken lawnmower. Louder is NOT better with the stock exhaust. Just spend $220 for a decent slip-on exhaust instead. If you want good sound and bang for your buck you can't go wrong with an HMF. You'll drop about 5 pounds of dead weight, it'll look a whole lot better than the cheesy stock one, you'll actually get a power gain, and it will sound sweet.

No it not bad for it.. Your just going to lose power...if you take it out.. you need a k&N or uni air filter.. and your need to rejet it to get more power.. If you just pull it out.. its going to start running a little lean and that is bad for your motor..
