Default raptor 660 starting/idle issues

hey everybody, i have an 01 660, i just replaced the woodruff key and did a valve adjusment on it, it was done at proper tdc, and i believe the cam timing is good, i know the intake should be from .10 - .15 , i did .13 and exhaust was set at .18, but the thing won't start on it's own, gotta new battery and it seems like it can't push past the compression stroke, but if i pull start it, it starts right up, but idles high, and there's alot of valve chatter, alot more than i remember.. as far as the high idle, i've got the choke shut off, and the idle screw all the way out, it sounds like it's spinning about 3000rpm... it has an hmf exhaust and i just jetted it 150/155.. any ideas would be appreciated.. thanks guys.

i don't believe so, unless it was off before.. i had problems starting before this adjustment, but it was the usual long start/ tight valve syndrome

the starter/starter clutch were new on it when i bought it last year, so i don't think that's it, as for the crazy idle, i'm sure it's gotta be something stupid, the jets are barely bigger than stock, and like i said, the idle screw and choke aren't putting any extra fuel in there, i wonder if the valves being a bit loose would affect it? just a guess, but i'm in the southeast corner of okc, right next to draper lake, what would you charge to look at it? thanks for all the help, really appreciate it!
