raptor 660 jetting tip
#1
I figured out a way to jet without removing the plastics.Disconnect the throttle cable and choke cable at the handle bars.Remove the air box, drain the gas from the carbs, disconnect gas line, loosen clamps on the carbs and slid the carbs out from the rear where the air box was.Set them up side down on a small piece of wood where the aie box was.I found this to work pretty good and doesnt take a lot of time.I miss jetting those simple warriors 2bolts and a hose clamp.

i tak the palstic off and leave it off. I just stick the gas tank on and seat on and ride and test without plastic. Then when i get it right i put it back on. I think you're way is just as hard.

lots of times the shop wont even get the jetting close. I have beat alot of raptors with modifications and they had there quad jeted at the shop and I have just tuned my stock raptor right. Sometimes the shop wont even jet it and they will claim they did.
