get a sparks racing full pipe, jet it out, and get a k&n powerlid, and the real k&n air filter not the slip in the more expensive one, and you should gain a good amount of horsepower, after that there is messing with gearing, buying a new powerband at homedepot (jk) theres always doing a cam too they work!

sparks, yoshimura or white bros pipe, jet kit and air filter and if you want more just buy a stage 1 cam and a high compression piston

Don't get just the slip on silencer.Get a new pipe and silencer,K&N filter, and rejet the carbs and you'll notice the increased hp.I like the CT pipe.Everyone has different opinions on which they prefer though.

Actually a longer swingarm isn't a bad idea.I could have used one back when I had a Raptor.

How much are we looking at spending? Yes you do want the full exhaust system but that's a giving to any stock bike. Research alittle around your area. With this Full System go with a port and polish. What they do is smooth out and bore out alittle the intake and exhaust ports so you have alittle more air flowing through. Of course when they polish it down it removes all the little bumps resulting in easier airflow. So just like a pipe and K&N you get more air flow requiring more fuel. Port and Polish will require you to have more fuel pumping through the carbs resulting then with more HP. I'm not good with explaining things. Hands on is how I know.

This is what I did to mine. I have a 03 660. I installed the LTE's. Sweet! It's dual pipes out the back. Many people dog it out but I love it. It comes with it's own jet kit which took me 3 hours for pipe and jet installion. Not bad. Then I went the the Rev Box. Gave me another 1000 rev. Then Voltage Rectifier. That helps when your battery is fully charger the voltage rec basically cuts off power from the alt. to the battery and applies more to your spark. Then I bought another engine just because. It has a 690 bore kit with a hinson clutch. It's got the 12:1 ratio piston, cam, values and springs, fly wheel is trimmed down. I liked that upgrade and still do. Last thing I tryed was the Edelbrock Carb setup. After I spent 500 bucks on it I thought about it. What that does is it brings 2 intakes to one carb. That reduces the amount of air that flows through. So I put it on anyways and I really didn't like it. So I stayed with the stock carbs. If you have any questions I will tried and explain them. Like I said it's hard for me to explain things sometimes. Scott Jacobs
