I'm going to purchase the full HMF exhaust, power commnder lll and K&N intake tommorrow. Thank you for this post. I am impreased with what I see and this can all be done for $1000. have you checked out the um airbox with the oversized k&n ? the top is open but covered in mesh screen.

 

Yes, and I might do that. I thought K&N also had that but it might not be for the 700, just a 450 or 660.

 

waiting for the 07 r to come out. it will be my second ride. i am doing the same thing, planning out what i can add to the go list. how does this sound for a start.1.double head pipe with exhaust. 2.cdi box. 3. power commander. 4.um box. 5.quickshifter. anything else?
