I did a search and found that it could possibly be the e-brake, my buddy said he had already tried adjusting it... what else can we do... I know someone suggested gettting the block off plat and doing away with it... would prefer not but if that is all that is left then ok... where do I find it??? Any sugg?? thankx

Got a question for ya? Your rev problem is what? Does it seems like it's in Rev? You know how you can't rev much in rev. First do all of your lights work? As in the Neutral light, Reverse and temp light? I had the same problem. There are two things that caused my quad in the past to have this problem. First I removed my emer brake off and there a buttom inside the clutch level assembly that has to be pushed in. Make sure you put your emer brake part back on the clutch level assembly. Second, When I put another motor in the quad after buying it off ebay, the bike wouldn't rev out. It took me the whole day to figure it out. After going through the wiring diagram, I figured out that either the rev switch or the nev switch was bad. Turned out both were bad. Then the ground wire was good. Kept coming off. I replaced all wires dealing with those two. So check your wiring under the front sprocket. Make sure there a good connection and check your lights while doing it. Help this helps. Scott

Well, thanks everyone... It was the adjustment in the rear brake... I don't know how this made a diff... I tried adjusting it out on the handle... but I adjusted it in the rear and now it workin- But I now I need to tackle the clutch, as when I let out and get goin' I can't give more than half-3/4 throttle or she slips... guess that mean tooo much power.. lol is there such a thing???
