Default Raptor will not start

Hello, about 2 months ago my raptor had gotton stolen. Well luckly i found it and who ever had gotton it had cut all my wires by the ignition switch. When they cut all of them they tied them all together to try to hot wire it. I put all new wires on it and now it will not turn over. My headlights work thats about it. I put a new battery in it and still nothing. If anyone has any ideas please let me know. I don't know what to check. Thanks.

well I would check to see if the ground wire is still on the frame and if the wires for the clutch were cut make sure the wires are all connected sometimes if you have them the wrong way and you pull in the clutch itll turn over...I would just check the wiring by the controls and maybe they are connected to the wrong wires on my ds they aren't really color coordinated and usually the wire to the clutch if you jiggle it around and try starting it itll turn over...Hope this helps glad to head you got the bike back I would say try pop starting it but it doesn't sounds like itll work but give it a try and ride it.

I have also heard that the raptors have a problem with the e brake I would just go over everyone and make sure they look good and have a clean and good connection...One of the yamaha guys like driverdoyle or some of the others should be able to assist you if this doesn't work
