Default Raptor valve adjustment "HELP"

I am adjusting the valves in my raptor 660. I adjusted the intakes and the the exhausts and put everything back together fired it up and valves tapping loudly. I took everything back apart and intakes were real loose so I readjusted the intakes and the exhausts got real loose. What am I doing wrong? Is there a certain order these should be adjusted in? Am I using the right TDC mark? There were two marks one is an "H" type mark and just past that one is a line. I used the "H" type mark. Please help fast....thanks
