I am thinking about buying a 2002 Raptor 660 special edition that is 10 miles from my house. What I wanted to know is what the changed with the 2002 model comparied to the 2001 model. I know the strenghtined up the tranny and that but was that it or were there a few other things? The reason I am asking is because I have a 2001 and I have beat it up and it has a few problems and am thinking about buying the 2002 and want to know what will be different. Thanks, Rob

 

I dont believe they changed anything but the trans.

 

subframe on 01 raps were aluminum, rear shock and cdi are different.
