well i just got the vitos kit to remove the tors. i hooked it all up and did the idle screw but ill fire the bike up and itll run but i cant get it to stay idling?if i let go of the throttle itll die. so how do you get the idle to stay? and do you take off any wires besides the one that plugged into the tors

the wire about 2-3 inches right below your idle adjustment. and the wire ( not the cable) that comes out of your throttle box (right above your thumb throttle). As well as the box which you have already done. I didnt even need the TORS removal kit, mine runs beautifully now. My friend eric didnt need the kit either.

I understand that one wire to cut is down on the carb. Is the other one up by the handlebars right by the actual thumb throttle lever? I really don't want to mess anything up. Does unhooking the tors give you any more power or just eliminate the rev limiter? Is all you have to do is clip the wires you were talking about or do you have to buy a kit?

What would control your idle speed after you bypass all the tors stuff? From what I'm understanding, the idle speed adjustment is on the tors deal on top of the carb. Is it part of the tors also? Would you have to buy the new carb top to be able to adjust your idle speed?
