Default Advice on cutting the plastic plz...........

Decided to cut the front fenders on the shee and i was wondering what would be a good way to go about doing it and what would be the best tool? Ive heard a rotozip would work but i dont have one of those any other ideas would be greatly appreciated. Im considering cutting the backs too but i think i might wait till i get nerfs to do that.

I just used a box cutter. Just make a couple of light passes with it to get your line started then on the edge of the plastic work the blade all the way through the plastics and follow the line you made.

I made my lines with some electrical tape then traced the tape line with a perm. marker removed the tape and cut the line with a jig saw, then took some sand paper and smoothed out the edges. Worked like a charm

Did ours with the plastic on the bike. We put wide masking tape over the fenders, then drew with black marker where the cuts were to be made, that way you could look at the lines and see if you liked the contour. Then like the others said, a jigsaw, fine blade, and steady hand. Smooth off with sandpaper on a block to keep it on the edges and you're home free.

Like I said I went with the box cutter since it is easier to handle and it doesnt leave the edge as rough as a jigsaw blade whice means little or no sanding!
