Default raptor cut out problem!

I have with my 03 raptor 660, it will start and idle fine, but when I get to the midrange it starts to cut out like a rev limiter. If I pull in the clutch slightly it will rev up a little high, but stills does it. I have cleaned the curbs, adjusted the valves, and replaced the coil and the spark plug. Replaced the switch on clutch lever and the parking brake. I haven’t put anything new on it to have to change the jets. Hear is what I have on it. I have a 727 big bore kit on it with 11:1 compression, ct piping and jets, k&n air filter with vents in the air box, works shocks, +2 a-arms , 2+2 rear axle. Hole shots front and rear. It rips. I hope that someone can tell me what to do about it. thanks for your time

Often causes are things such as float levels? or you could have a short in your wire harness or bad CDI. thats about all i can think that would cuz those symptoms

Default raptor cut out problem!

I am by no means mechanically inclined. I have 2 raptors and my wifes had the same problem. I cleaned the carbs and found some debris. It ran for a day then repeated the problem. I did this process 3 times. What I finally discovered was one of the fuel hoses were breaking down and the debris I found was from the fuel line. I replaced all of them and it hasn't been a problem.
