Main frame tube wall thickness?

I have an 02 660 Raptor and had the subframe crack in a couple places as well as the two lower mounting brackets coming off of the main frame that secures the subframe to the main frame. The mounting points for the exhaust got ripped off and I lost my silencer in the process.
Would any of you know the wall thickness of the main frame, down tube that attaches the brackets for the lower mounting points of the subframe? That will help me dial in the welder settings.

Help me out here guys. I called Yamaha's "customer service" number and said the wall thickness of the main frame tube and material is unpublished information and wouldn't give me the info. There is a tech line but wouldn't give me the number and told me to call the dealership. Better yet, he told me to just buy a new main frame.
I am pissed as hell with this kind of response. Hopefully one of you have found out this information.

I have a frame I've had to tig some cracks on.........It's thin wall tubing make no mistake about that....
Take Ubet's suggestion and start at a low heat range and see how your bead lays down.......Good Luck
