Default reverse override

About a week ago i performed the reverse override procedure on the grizzhopper web site, I wired it into the factory override switch, On my 1st ride after i used the reverse override and noticed when i put the 4x4 in diff lock the speedo has 2 flashing zeros, is this from doing the override or is there something else wrong, as soon as i take it out of diff lock the speedo goes back to normal. and this happens in high and low range. Thanks for any help.

that overide should not ever be mest with. that button is for the diff lock so you can go faster in diff lock. Put it back to normal you can short things out and mess up the electrical very bad

Usually the flashing zeros happen when your in diff. lock and you hold the override switch, you must have overidden that function also, try putting your bike into diff. lock and see how fast you can go if you can travel more than 25 or so then thats what must have happened.

No! The way I understand it...the button, when pushed is a ground....same as if you connected a toggle with one end to ground or - battery terminal...

What the zero's are telling you is that the difflock and reverse override are on the same button and work together....

my guess is that anytime the difflock override button is pressed the LCD will show 00's even on a new quad....even if you are not in difflock

It would seem pressing the override button would have no purpose in that case? must have grounded a wire somwhere?

What override method did you use off the grizzhopper site?

While i was into the wiring i cleaned out every connector i could get to and added a little die electric grease to each one, do you think it is possibe that affected the diff override, maybe i did not fully seat a connector or something, i'm going to recheck my work as soon as i get a chance.
