When I got my quad, a Yamaha Blaster, 2003, the kick start worked perfectly, one kick start. But now, I will kick it and it will start after about 3-4 kicks but then it will die, even if I give it gas or not. I have the choke out, even try putting it back in to see if that helps. But it doesn't it takes forever to have to try and start it. So now I want to get it go become a one-kick start, anyone know what has happend to it?

I just want it to become one-kick start and not a 20-30 kick start

How much has it been ridden. Have you done normal maintenace like cleaning airfilter, changed spark plug, cleaned carburator? Have you made any mods lately?

 

Check your plug. I have a two stroke dirtbike that was becoming a beast to start. Then one day I fouled the plug by mistake and put in a new one. Fired up right on the first kick.
