I managed to bend my pitman arm pritty bad and i cant seem to get the thing off and advice on getting the damn thing to come off?

 

If it's bent so bad you can't get it off you've probably ruined the shaft it sits on and will need a new stem as well. I believe it's a spline fitting, so even if you can get it off you might not be able to get another on.

Make sure you've removed the circlip to get the nut off, otherwise it's time to break out the hammer and heat.
