i found a 96 blaster 240, it needs work. needs a swingarm and bushings. a carb with the boot and airbox. the left side case is cracked were the clutch shaft goes in and the shaft is bent so the clutch wont let out. the quad runs great has plenty of compression. the tires a holeshots on itp wheels it has wheel spacers and banshee front shocks and a 250r rear shock it also doesnt have a rear caliper. what would you pay? the kid thats selling it wants $425 for it with all the parts i would have to buy comes out to be around $600 total with the price of quad. thanks

seems for a ,odded blaster with a cheap fix up . seems like a good deal.

Knowing how blasters are usually cared for, especially older ones, I doubt that those are the only things wrong with it. Abused quads always turn into money pits. I guess it wouldn't be bad if you got a running quad for a total of 600, but it's going to still have problems so just keep it in mind that it's not going to be maintainance free if you want to keep it running. I also don't know where you got your prices from, but even on ebay I don't think you're going to get all those parts for under $200 with shipping.

 

Found a parts bike 2002 with out a motor shocks and tires rims. im going to pick it up

Probably no more than $1500. 250r in good condition only bring $2500 to $3000

I got my '98 blaster with no motor work and only FMF powercore2 silencer,K&N filter, and jets for about $500 so it seems like a good deal
