i have a 99 warrior the neutral light will not come and the run button will not turn over the engine. if i rock the quad really hard the light will flicker and the starter will bump over when the light flashes. if i put a battery charger on the starter w/ the key on it strarts right up no trouble. is there some kind of neutral safety on these quads. any help is appreciated

 

chec kthe battery connections

 

battery connections are tight and clean. and there is power to the reverse light that it comes on when in reverse

 

can u start it by jumpin the starter?
