raptor 350 jetting questions

Default raptor 350 jetting questions

i was looking for performance parts on line and i ran across this product called dial a jet by thunder performance products. it is a external jetting system. does any one know anything about this product. i have already jetted my bike and am happy with it but more power is always nice. what do you guys think

Save your money. If they really worked like all the hype claimed they would be great, but they don't work that well, have side effects, and are more trouble than they are really worth.

it isn't a jetting system.. people always get that wrong...

all it does is fill in the gaps when the fuel gets atomized... giving you a better fuel mix that doesn't vary as much

so you dont remove the normal jets it just adds more fuel? would you recommend it? thanks for all your help.

Yeah, it leaves the existing jets in the carb. The problems it causes are mainly that when you go up or down steep inclines, pop a wheelie, bicycle, or ride over really rough terrain, it will start sputtering and cutting out. And it really doesn't give you any power gains, unless the jets you are currently running are too lean.
