01 warrior turns overs but doesn't start
 

my warrior turns over but doesn't get any spark, the rotor is turning, and when the atv is push started it will start. not to sure what that could be. ANYONE GOT ANY IDEAS.

but i dont understand how it could be the coil, because when i push start it i get spark and it runs. if the coil was bad it wouldn't get any spark?

that is true but I have seen it happen many time where there isn't enough spark from turningthe motor over via kickstart or starter but there is enough when it is push started...so check your electrical stuff

so therefore.. i'd say check your stator..

not really sure how the stator works, but doesn't the rotor spin around it creating the power, but the motor turns over when pushed. but i'll check it out

ive also noticed once i push start the atv and let it run for a while, then shut it off, it will restart by hitting the start button, but once it sits over night, it will no longer start without pushing it again.

Had the same problem you descrbied with my Wolverine, replaced my Coil, but that wasn't the problem, replaced my Stator and it runs like new now.

yea I would have to say that it's either the battery or the stator.

yeah i seem to be leaning more towards the stator, but not sure how it could be the battery if it is turning over.
